The €12,000 raised by the Sopar a la Fresca dinner during the Sant Jaume festivities was handed to the Colla de Geganters d'Alcúdia and the local branch of the Spanish Association Against Cancer, according to Alcúdia Ràdio's bulletin of 27 August 2026.
The dinner had brought together more than 2,400 people and its proceeds were intended for charity. The report did not specify how the total was divided between the two organisations.
