An announcement dated 3 September 2026 said that the resurfacing project on several streets in Alcúdia was continuing. The work, carried out by Afex, obres y servicios 2013 S.A., began on 2 September and was expected to finish on 4 September. Residents of carrer Pollentia and plaça de Carles V were asked by letter to remove wooden furniture, parasols, tables and chairs. The work could cause disruption.
