Bids for the public-property concession of the s'Illot bar-restaurant on the Victòria estate are accepted until 2 pm on 26 November 2026. Its announced estimated value is €9,406,530; that is neither an awarded contract price nor guaranteed council revenue.
As background, the ordinary council meeting on 6 October approved the concession item with twenty votes in favour and one abstention. A BOIB notice on 13 October subsequently opened public inspection of the specifications and technical report for thirty working days, ending on 24 November.
