Alcúdia Town Council welcomed a group of Ukrainian children aged 9 to 12 on 14 October 2026. The children, whose military parents had died in the war, were due to spend three weeks in the municipality through Help to Ukraine Children from Majorca, represented by Igor Volodko.

The programme combined cultural and leisure activities. According to Alcúdia Ràdio's report on 16 October, the project had welcomed 230 children since 2022. That figure is the project's cumulative total, not the number arriving on this occasion.

The report gives no exact size for the new group, and the children are not individually identified.
