The ordinary September plenary session was held on 3 September 2026 at Ajuntament d'Alcúdia. The plenary unanimously approved the 2025 General Account and approved credit modification MC 29/2026 by 22 votes to 1, funded from the general treasury surplus. It also gave final majority approval to the tax ordinance regulating fees for services at the municipal cemetery of Alcúdia. The delegation of powers to the Junta de Govern was approved by 11 votes to 10, with the prior declaration of urgency receiving the same result. The plenary rejected three motions from Unides Podem concerning the current climate situation, transparency and good governance, and the demands of the Menys Turisme, Més Vida movement. It also rejected a motion from MÉS per Alcúdia to restore and expand the municipality's urban tree cover.
