Alcúdia celebrated the Festa de les Llanternes on Monday 24 August 2026. Sarau Alcudienc organised the event with support from the council, and Alcúdia Ràdio reported it in the following day's bulletin.
The announcement had scheduled a 21:00 departure from outside the town hall and a route through several old-town streets. The report described the activity as one of Alcúdia's traditional summer events.
